By participating in any event, utilizing our services, or interacting with our digital platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms extend to cover all aspects of our engagement, from venue scouting and decor to artist bookings, ticketing, and post-event analytics, ensuring a clear legal framework. All ticket purchases for Resonance Echo Collective events are final once confirmed. We utilize secure third-party ticketing platforms for all transactions. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase, as errors are typically unrecoverable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed purchases will honor the price at the time of transaction.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• No Refunds: Generally, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for tickets purchased unless an event is canceled entirely by Resonance Echo Collective.
• Event Postponement: In the event of a postponement, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refund options may be offered on a case-by-case basis as determined by Resonance Echo Collective and the ticketing platform.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, a full refund (excluding service fees) will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Ticket Transfer and Resale:

• Tickets are generally non-transferable and may not be resold above face value. Any resale activity on unauthorized platforms may lead to ticket invalidation without refund.
• Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Treat your tickets like cash. Digital tickets should be kept secure on your mobile device.

Resonance Echo Collective is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment. However, by attending our events or using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. We are not liable for any such occurrences except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Force Majeure:

Resonance Echo Collective shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, terrorism, strikes, riots, government restrictions, or power outages. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the Resonance Echo Collective website, including text, graphics, logos, and event imagery, is the intellectual property of Resonance Echo Collective or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado. By accepting these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
